I have a very straightforward week this week.  The only thing on the calendar affecting dinner is Wed. night church for the kids – but all that does is have 3 of them out of the house all afternoon/evening, leaving only 4 of us for dinner.  I don’t generally plan lunches, and breakfast is also to each their own for those who are here and awake.

Monday:
applesauce pork chops, dirty rice
(reality: pork chops, gravy, plain rice, apple crisp)

Tuesday:
Thai chicken, noodles
(reality: swapped with Wed’s potatoes, skipped the broccoli and added a salad)

Wednesday:
baked potatoes, ham & broccoli
(reality: nobody really wanted Thai chicken and the kids weren’t home so the rest of us had Sonic)

Thursday:
macaroni & cheese, spam, salad
(reality: we had the mac&cheese and spam, the salad was eaten Tuesday)

Friday:
pot roast
(reality: nobody wanted to cook so everyone found their own)

Saturday:
tacos, beans & rice
(reality: forgot about the beans & rice, Chris made tacos)

Sunday:
potato cheese soup, salad
