I’m a little stressed this week, so a menu plan is pretty urgent.

Monday:
Mom’s (hopefully) coming home today, so a nice dinner is in order.
pork tenderloin with apples, salad – and cheesecake with raspberries for dessert!

Tuesday: 
teriyaki chicken wings (with or without egg rolls and/or potstickers), rice, stir fry veg

Wednesday:
smoked sausage, cheese tortellini, green beans

Thursday:
ribs, coleslaw, crescent rolls

Friday:
mac & cheese, spam, black beans

Saturday:
shrimp stir-fry, noodles

Sunday:
turkey breast, asparagus, french bread
